Yoga24-7 sessions are tailor made to the individuals who attend, according to their needs in that moment. The sessions can be fast paced or gentle and relaxing. They can make you sweat and can leave you feeling serene. 1-on-1 Session with Mark you can expect:
Any session with Mark will focus on his "core principles". These core principles are based on the principles of the; Pilates Core, the Martial Arts Tandian, Tai Chi Hara and the Yoga Bandas. These Core principles are about making changes that will bring about long term and long last benefits.
For Mark it is about teaching these core principles and then putting them into practice in everyday life, in the car, in the office, down the gym, on the sports field, to hobbies and daily life 24/7.
